Weekends and official United States public holidays are excluded from business processing days.

Order processing schedules may be prolonged during peak shopping seasons or large-scale promotional events due to increased order volume. We will promptly send email notifications to all customers once notable processing delays occur, keeping everyone updated on order progress in real time.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping fees for all individual orders are calculated based on product specifications, package weight and shipping destination. The final shipping cost will be fully displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment, without any hidden charges or additional fees.

We provide uniform standard shipping service for all orders, with an estimated delivery time of 15 business days. All delivery durations are only estimated values. 3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an official shipment confirmation email from our team. The email contains your exclusive order number, valid tracking code and logistics carrier information for your independent inquiry and monitoring.

In most cases, tracking data and real-time logistics updates will be available on the official tracking platform within 24 to 48 hours after outbound shipment. If the tracking information fails to load normally after the above period, you can contact our customer service team for manual checking and troubleshooting.

4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Customers are required to fill in accurate, complete and deliverable shipping addresses and valid contact information during order checkout. Please verify all recipient details carefully before payment to avoid delivery failures.

Any packages returned due to address errors will incur return logistics costs, and customers shall bear all reshipping fees for secondary delivery services.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package logistics status is abnormally suspended or the package cannot be tracked during transit, please submit a consultation application to our customer service team within 5 business days after the expected delivery date. We will initiate a formal logistics investigation with the carrier to confirm the package status.

Luggage and bags may suffer surface scratches, extrusion deformation, accessory falling off or structural damage during long-distance transportation. You need to provide clear original photos of the outer package and damaged product details. Our team will evaluate the situation and provide a proper after-sales solution in a timely manner.

7. International Shipping and Customs Notice

For all international cross-border shipping orders, local customs authorities of the destination country or region may impose import tariffs, customs taxes, inspection fees and other related charges in accordance with local trade policies.

All customs-related expenses and legal responsibilities generated during customs clearance are borne entirely by the customer.
